UK Returns and Refunds (if applicable)
1. All returns must be notified within 7 days of receipt, either by telephone or email and returned to Bossy’s Bibs within 28 days of receipt. Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. There will be no charge to the customer if a Bib or ManeGuard needs to be exchanged for a larger/smaller size or if there is a manufacturing fault. (See point 3)
3. Goods will only be accepted for exchange if they are unsoiled and in perfect condition and in their original packaging with tags intact.
4. If a refund is requested instead of an exchange only the value of the items will be refunded.
5. Bossy’s Bibs accepts no liability to pay any monies to the customer by way of compensation, other than to refund the amount paid by you, for goods in question less any additional costs incurred by Bossy’s Bibs.
6. Bossy’s Bibs reserves the right to amend this returns policy under advice from Government appointed agencies.

Outside the UK Returns and Refunds

2. Goods will only be accepted for exchange if they are unsoiled and in perfect condition and in their original packaging with tags intact.
3. You are responsible for any cost of postage incurred in returning the goods. You are also responsible for the goods while they are in transit to us so please ensure that they are packaged securely. You should obtain proof of posting.
POSTAGE CHARGED AT £20 FLAT RATE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
4. IMPORTANT: You must clearly mark the return parcel 'Goods Returned to Vendor' otherwise we will get charged import duty on this item. If you don't state this on the parcel the import duty will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bossy@bossysbibs.com and send your item to: Bossy’s Bibs, Little Tring Farm, Little Tring, Hertfordshire, HP23 4NR
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
